Der europäische Gedanke im Kolping-Bildungswerk Württemberg e.V.
Wir wollen Europa mitgestalten, unsere Kenntnisse und Erfahrung einbringen und kennenlernen, welche Wege der Bildung, Qualifizierung und Integration unsere europäischen Partner gehen. Gut gebildete und ausgebildete Menschen sind die notwendige Voraussetzung für ein einiges, friedliches und wirtschaftlich erfolgreiches Europa der Zukunft.
Das Kolping-Bildungswerk Württemberg e.V. verwirklicht diesen Gedanken durch sein bereits mehr als 15 Jahre dauerndes Engagement in europäischen Bildungsprojekten. Wir wollen die Bereitschaft zum Lebenslangen Lernen im Rahmen konkreter Projekte fördern. In den Bildungszentren des Unternehmens werden regionale und internationale Projekte realisiert, die durch verschiedene EU-Programme unterstützt werden wie
Europäischer Sozialfonds

Programm für Lebenslanges Lernen
- Leonardo da Vinci (Berufliche Bildung: Innovation und Mobilität)

Die Beantragung, Durchführung und Abrechnung von regionalen und transnationalen EU-Projekten erfordert umfangreiches Fachwissen über die Förderprogramme und deren administrative Ausgestaltung. Darüber hinaus bedarf es hochwertiger Managementkompetenz gepaart mit Sprach- und Kulturkenntnis beteiligter Staaten. Diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe haben wir seit langem einem kompetenten Team von Mitarbeiterinnen anvertraut, welches im Rahmen einer Stabsabteilungsfunktion in das Unternehmen eingegliedert ist. The European idea of Kolping Training Institution Wuerttemberg
We would like to assist in the positive shaping of Europe by offering our know-how and experience, to gain knowledge with regard to the paths of education, qualification and integration taken by our European partners. Well educated and trained people are an important requirement for a united, peaceful and economically successful Europe of the future.
The Kolping Training Institution Wuerttemberg substantiates this idea through its engagement in European projects which has a span of more than 15 years. We would like to cultivate the willingness of people practicing Life Long Learning within the framework of concrete projects. In our training centres, both regional as well as international projects are realised, these are funded by various EU-programmes such as

The application, execution and accounting of regional and transnational European projects demands comprehensive professional knowledge of support programmes and their composition. Furthermore it demands a high level of management competence as well as knowledge of languages and cultures of the participating countries. We have entrusted the execution of this complex task into the hands of a competent team of employees who have been incorporated into our establishment as an administrative department.
