Specialist Office Management

The project

The project’s goal was the reinstitution of women into the work place and to provision of new job perspectives after the phase of family and household management.

The measure encompassed, in addition to a specific qualification programme tailored to meet current market demands, also intensive orientation and counselling services as well as the possibility of on the job training.

Within the framework of a part-time qualification programme participants profited from the following courses: Computer Skills, Business English, Office Organisation, Marketing, Project Management, Management, Economics and also Communication and Social Competence. Thereby, the competences developed by women through their role as managers of household and family are intentionally implemented and applied.

The project has been successfully carried out twice. A total of 71 women have participated.
